The Texas Friendly Hospitality training provides a program with best practices in customer service to business leaders, employees, and students, including up-to-date ‘hospitality habits’ that aim to improve customer service skills that lead to improved customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is especially important in the hospitality and tourism industry. At the end of the workshop, you will receive a workshop certificate.

The Nacogdoches Convention and Visitors Bureau is housed in the historic Charles Bright Visitor Center in the downtown district. The CVB promotes and markets Nacogdoches to individuals, groups and tours and provides visitors to the city with an array of services including tour information, directions, dining and lodging recommendations and much more.

The Texas Forest Trail Region is a 35 county area of East Texas and one of 10 designated heritage tourism regions in the State of Texas.
Their purpose is to foster economic development by preserving and promoting Texas’ unique history and culture. They are a non-profit group that helps bring tax dollars and travelers to every county in East Texas, and provide communities with the tools, training, and professional support they need to preserve their history and successfully market their tourism sites and attractions.
